The squirrels are spending a lot of time in the garden again. Rushing round playing chasing each other, then eating and burying nuts. I noticed a squirrel proof feeder has gone up on a house over the other side of the school yard, we have also heard an air rifle being fired somewhere close, which we don't know if it is being used to shoot pigeons or squirrels or just for fun.
Anyhow back to the squirrels. The smallest squirrel doesn't seem to like plums, he walks sideways with his tail in the air very slowly until he gets to them, then gives a sniff and backs off again.
