The Wild Bird Seed I buy always has printed on the side of the bag non-growing seed. I think either the suppliers are unable to keep that promise or the seeds are getting into the bag un-noticed, but whatever there are always one or two rogue seeds that manage to grow.

I will just leave it to grow along with four others scattered around the garden.
