I have not seen any young Robins this year, usually I see two maybe three. So I thought that this year something had gone wrong, the neighbourhood cats had taken them or the Magpies, both have raided a lot of nests. However today much to my surprise what did I spot in the garden?

A juvenile Robin.
This little chap has almost grown all his red breast but is definitely one of this years young birds. I was so pleased to finally know that at least one of the robins had bred this year.
